Cabernet Sauvignon proves itself the ideal compliment to our estate grown Petite Sirah in this elegant red blend. Bold and refined with rich berry flavors, both varietals have benefitted from 18 months of barrel aging, enhancing tertiary aromas of baking spice and toasted vanilla bean.

Enjoy with braised short ribs or mature cheddar.
