Sustainably grown on California's North Coast, this Sangiovese is an homage to old world traditions and superstitions. A balance of fruit and earth is showcased in this wine, with cherry, dried rose petal, and smoky herb notes at the forefront. Malevolent glares need not apply.

Pairs beautifully with tomato-based pasta dishes, grilled lamb chops, or aged Tuscan pecorino cheese.
