Tasting Notes

Sustainably grown on a neighboring estate, this Viognier is a delight to the senses. Lemon peel and honeysuckle aromas compliment green apple and ripe stone fruit on the palate. 7 months of barrel aging on lees in neutral French oak softens the finish, allowing the subtle minerality to shine.

Pairs wonderfully with Thai curry or soft-rind cheeses.
