Sustainably grown in southern Monterey County, this bold Zinfandel benefits from a balance of daytime heat and evening coastal breezes. Blackberry jam and spice notes develop over an extended growing season, followed by 18 months of barrel aging to soften tannins and enhance structure.

Pairs with barbecue ribs or a dark-fruit galette.
